BossFit Studios is a group Pilates and mobile fitness experience bringing Mat Pilates and resistance training directly to you — and now offering a weekend class in Chicago. We specialize in private group sessions, corporate wellness events, bridal parties, special occasions, and mindful movement meetups. Sessions may include small apparatus to enhance sculpting, strength, and balance. Serving Park Ridge, Chicago, and the greater Chicagoland area — we provide the mats, music, and motivation. From Pain to Passion - My Pilates Journey
For over 30 years, I have dedicated my career to healthcare—25 of those years in Orthopedics with one of the largest orthopedic surgeon groups in the nation. As a senior operations leader, I worked alongside providers to support patients and give back to our communities. That experience taught me the true impact of healing, leadership, and resilience.
But my passion for movement was born from my own journey. After living with chronic pain, multiple injuries, and carrying 60 extra pounds, I discovered Pilates—and it changed everything. Within a year, I went from barely moving without pain to feeling strong, free, and empowered. That transformation inspired me to study with Balanced Body and become a Pilates instructor.
BossFit Studios was created from this blend of expertise and experience: the discipline of healthcare leadership and the healing power of movement. My mission is to make Pilates accessible, empowering, and transformative for everyone.
My dream? To open a dedicated studio—a space where every person feels welcome, supported, and unstoppable. A place where strength meets community, and the power of movement has no boundaries.
